I managed and produced the College Town Area Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan.  The purpose of the plan was to improve the safety and accessibility for bicyclists and pedestrians in the areas that surround Winthrop University and Downtown Rock Hill. The Plan provides recommendations to improve key streets through the College Town area with on-road bicycle facilities and an enhanced pedestrian environment. The City adopted the Plan on November 12, 2012.  Development of this plan, along with other bicycle/pedestrian initiatives allowed the City of Rock Hill to achieve the Bicycle Friendly Community bronze-level designation.
