Hillsborough County MPO's 2035 LRTP (2009)

I was in charge of prioritizing all of their Needs Assessment projects by rating each of the projects based on how well they met each of the performance criterias. Each of the projects had the potential of receiving a score of a five, three, or zero. To receive a five, the project met each of these standards; no environmental or neighborhood impacts, made regional connections, greatly reduced the amount of vechile miles traveled (VMT), supported each of the community plans, provided access to multiple activity centers, enhanced goods movement, had minimal crashes, improved emergency evacuations, and supported the existing conditions. To receive a three, the project met some of the standards, and finally, for a project to receive a zero, it met none of the standards.
